I just bought a 5th gen nano and was looking for a belt clip to use for running. I was excited to see this clip online b/c I'd seen an older gen clip by Xtreme Mac in a store. I thought this would work for me. I was wrong.
This case is very flimsy and is not made of sturdy material. The clip is very loose and opens by well over an inch at the open end. It does not clip tightly to belts and waistbands. I do not trust it to hold my nano in place, so it is completely useless to me. I would not use this to run with an ipod. I would return this case, but the box was already tossed out.
Falls apart easily,

I love my Nano..... I want to use it for years and years. there just are no good cases out there. This one is pretty. It works, but under the least amount of stress it pops apart. Just to you know...... Just sayin'.....

If you're primary purpose for this is to clip it to your belt of pants, don't buy it. The clip is attached with cheap breakable plastic. I mowed the lawn with it once, used it for a few days, then one side of the clip snapped off.
