I have a Rio Carbon 5gb Mp3 player and it fits great. It is made out of this spandex like material so it doesnt move in the case. Really light weight and breathable for sweat to evaporate. Strongly Recomend.

Great for skinny arms!,

When I ordered this, I was worried it might not fit my arms (I'm extremely petite--the size of a 12-year-old kid) since none of the reviews mentionned the "minimum size". I was pleasantly surprised when I received it---it fit perfectly..and it can even go smaller if needed. It's very comfortable and it holds my Sony Network MP3 player (the round one) securely. It's a bit big for my MP3 player but I use the extra room to store the earphones. It's a good buy.

Great for workouts!,

I have the Creative Zen M and, because it isn't an iPod, accessories are limited. I really wanted an armband to use for running and this one is fantastic! The Zen fits snugly in the pocket; Thus, there is no concern that the MP3 will fall out. The band is light in weight and breathable. One note...You cannot access the controls on the player while using this band -- because I have several "workout" playlists that I simply click at the start of my workout, I am never fidgeting with the controls while excersing and this isn't a problem. For others, it may be an issue to have to take the player in and out.
I would recommend this for anyone in need of light, breathable, and well-fitted armband for their MP3. It works great!
