I bought this based on the three 5-star reviews, and while the case is quite tough/durable, it is simply not practical because it is so thick, thus making it extremely difficult to change the song. I used this when running and I had to angle my finger in a strange way just to skip to the next song. I would NOT recommend this to anyone who likes to frequently change songs...it's simply impractical and hard to access the ipod controls/dial with this case on. :(

I spent a lot of time researching IPOD cases for my 3G ipod nano. Ended up buying two Speck products and am extremely pleased with them both. Well made and functional in terms of protecting the ipod.

This case is very heavy duty, and has a screen to protect the cover as well. My only complaint is that I didn't realize it came with a clip for your belt, which isn't a bad thing if that's what your looking for, but it does have a bulky knob on the back to hook to the belt clip, which is kind of a nuisance, but really not that big of a deal. Overall, I like it.
