Unfortunately I don't have much nice things to say about this thing. I bought it for a deployment to the desert so I could work out with it on. The only good thing about it is the strap system, the functioning of the strap system is good and the overall design layout the armband is okay. The material is crap and doesn't breath. It chafes like a mofo and gets uncomfortable quickly. There's no flexibility in the band so its like having a blood pressure cuff on for the duration of your workout. The plastic is thick but somehow incredibly wrinkly to the point of having difficulty with the touchscreen responding. I used it with a 3rd gen Ipod touch 64 gb, the ipod doesn't fit in it very well, almost like its too thin to stay in there. Biggest problem: Nothing to secure the IPOD inside the armband, the headphones being plugged in is the only thing to keep it from falling out, that and gravity (which turns against you if you upend the whole thing). It does the job. My only complaints are that 1) it doesn't breathe very well, so my arm gets hot and 2) the pocket that contains the ipod is kind of big so it can move around. However, it will accommodate an ipod with a protective/decorative case on it. That is nice because I don't have to take off the case to put it in the sports armband. With a case, it is a perfect fit!

I love this work out band. The material in the inside sticks well to my skin so that it remains in place when I am on my long runs. I also know that I sweat profusely when working out and when I remove my ipod it is bone dry which is great. The mesh material allows for air to circulate and the ipod to remain cool. Very Satisfied.
