 Love it, wish they had a better warranty program, By Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) It was quickly sold out and is now impossible to find. I wanted to replace mine when the thin strip at the bottom broke (a common complaint with CandyShell cases). I wrote Speck for a replacement and all I could get was a different color combination for an additional $20. I thought about it for a few days.
I contemplated just cutting the strip off, then came up with a brilliant solution. The strip was broken right in the middle. I cut the rubber portion about 1/4" to the side of the break. Then I took some black heat-shrink tubing, about 1", and slipped it over the strip. Zapped it with my heat gun and it looks like it was always like that. All the reviews for the Speck Candy Shell are spot on - all the protection you need and none of the cheap rubber case/awkward plastic/hinges ready to break that you don't. It even comes with a screen film so this is all you really need for the iTouch. The holes all line up for charging, headphones, and the rubber switches line up perfectly with the iTouch buttons. One warning though - the iPhone version of this is not compatible with regular headphone minijacks (the tiny one with the apple headphones work though).  iTouch cover - great, By Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
