It's a 2-piece case that snaps together. So I was worried about the fit after reading some reviews. Glad to say, good solid fit. No gaps reported. Easy to put together but won't easily come apart. There are cutouts for access to the buttons and the tactile quality of the fabric on the back is nice.
Just one thing. This case doesn't have a high lift. You CAN still put your iPod face down on a table. There's enough lift to prevent your screen from touching the table. But if you are going to do that a lot, you might be more comfortable with a higher lift.
I wanted to protect my iPod, but didn't want to cover it up with a boring plastic shell. Looked at a lot of cases and after a long search, finally chose this one for the design and the fabric back. It's nice and different.

This case does have everything: the fabric back creates a nice texture that allows you to hold onto it easily, it fits very well around the iPod Touch and most importantly it protects your iPod. My case does snap around tightly even on the upper right corner so this issue isn't universal to all the fabric-backed Speck cases.

I needed a case for my son's new iPod Touch 4th gen. I love Otterbox products but since they have not yet released a case for the 4G Touch I had to have a case and fast. I found this case and thought it looked cool. A little pricey but not a biggie as long as it was decent. Big mistake going with this case. The thing literally falls apart every time I pick up the ipod. It's a 2 piece case. The iPod rests in the bottom cloth section of the case and the top rubbery piece snaps over the top. Unfortunately it will not stay together. It's so bad that it made me nervous to have it on there in fear that it would fall apart if I picked it up wrong and fall on the floor. Just a really really REALLY poor design. I guess I'm stuck with it so I may try to dab a little super glue on it and try to get it to stay together. If you're thinking about this case I have to strongly advise you to look elsewhere. I'd get a cheap gel case or something and wait for Otterbox to release a case. This thing...Read more
