My X-FI player has lived in the case the entire time I have owned it (which is about 4 months now).
This case is no-frills clear hard plastic case to protect your super-awesome Zen X-FI media player. It snaps on easily and molds your player perfectly. The screen and back are completely protected against dings, dents, minor spills, and scratches of all varieties. It has an opening to allow the insertion / removal of your SD card and the on / off / switch.
In my opinion, this case does have some minor setbacks (mostly minor critiques);
1. On / Off / Lock is a pain in the butt to use with the case on. You'll find yourself using all sorts of things to use the switch, which puts more wear and tear on it.
2. The case is a pain to remove, for instance, if want to clean it. For some, you are going to a have fun (sarcastic) time prying the case open. A very minor critique as this case shouldn't be removed under normal circumstances. But once removed, it is nice...Read more
