It is a good item, however there is a problem: the ipod touch screen does not get scratched easily, but the protector does, now I have some scratches on my screen and I think would be better remove the screen protector

This product will get the ipod on your arm and it will stay there if you wrap tight enough however, this is not the product for you if you want to run with it. If you just want to use it to travel, great. Otherwise, if you jog, it will bounce all over the place. The silicone skin cases are a great cover for everyday use to keep off scratches etc. but they rip easily.
