Less expensive than its competitor's cases, and every bit as good! If you have a need to protect sensitive or delicate merchandise in an unforgiving environment, you need Otterbox! The cases are sturdy, the hinges and clasps are secure, and there are accommodations for belt or cord attachment.

I bought a couple of sizes, for different uses, and I can store my phone, GPS, or pocket items in a secure, reliable box that floats, and will provide protection from dirt, mud, water, and most impact. I carry one or two Otterboxes when hiking, kayaking, fishing, hunting, or just working around the farm. All your critical carry items are secured in one location, and protected from most environmental dangers. It is easy to secure the box in a pack, on a belt, or tied to an attachment point.

Perfect for boating. iphone fits great inside however, there is only room for one (when the iphone's are in a case). I will probably order another larger size box to hold more electronics in the future.

This is NOT a case that will fit in your pocket unless you are wearing cargo shorts/pants.

The inside is lined with a firm foam which adds to the protection.

I bought the otterbox 2000 to protect my iPhone 4 while kayaking and hiking. I have tested it out and it works geat!
