The dual hard case and soft silicone was a nice combination however the fit isn't entirely perfect. It does take a bit of tweaking and effort to get the iPod Touch to fit right and flush, especially the bottom portion of the case where the connectivity ports are located. The hard case doesn't quite provide enough support to keep the silicone in place at times, it is quite easy to remove the iPod but not enough to cause it to fall out. It's definitely not a tight fit but firm enough to hold. So it does hold it's form unless you tamper with it so as long as you're not abusing it (which I don't see why you would), it should function just fine.
The case is great for my purpose, it provides the grip and protection that meets my standards and I do like the design and feel. My previous case was a hard thin case but it cracked over time so this was a great replacement. What I have to live with is the not-so-perfect bottom portion of the case where I actually have to lift up...Read more

"Very good quality (it was brand new) it arrived on time nice case perfect fit I would highley recommend this to people in search of a good case it even comes with a wrist band and it a full cover case also nice packaging

I purchased this case thinking it would be the best of both worlds... Silicone to protect and a firm case for stability. We have a case made by a different company for our iPhone using this concept that is great, but they don't make one for the ipod touch. I figured this one might work similarly. I was very wrong.
I just had to buy a different case because this case was terrible and unusable. It doesn't stay on and continuously falls off. The silicone is too thin, too large to fit properly, & stretches out. This makes it extremely difficult to even fit the hard case portion over the silicone, and even when you do get it, it falls right off because the silicone is too loose and thin to stay secured. It was a complete waste of money. I would keep shopping and pass on this case.
