I originally bought this so I could clip my iPod to my waist during yoga. The clip does a great job at staying put. I haven't used the hand held strap so I cannot comment on that feature. I think it's a good price for this product, I'm glad I found it. The pink is a very nice subtle touch. If you're thinking about buy it before its gone!

I usually wear this on my arm rather than holding it in my hand, but it works either way. You can almost get it tight enough to wear on your wrist. If you like something a little looser than the cases that clamp on tightly, this will work for you, too. I also use just the case while running.

It's a little hard to get the ipod out of the case, and even harder to slide the case onto and off of the band (thus the 4, rather than 5).

But it has that lovely hint of pink, and doesn't get dirty like something completely pink would.

I have dropped the ipod a few times, and the case has provided adequate protection.

This item arrived very quickly from the shipper. At its current price, I am tempted to order another one. But I suppose I should be thinking about a new ipod instead. ;)
