This item is much better Than an upper arm case as it doesn't cut off any circulation and it it easy to change my music as I can see the face of my iPod. I use it everyday.

I had two main criteria in choosing an armband and the Marware Sportsuit met both. 1) small enough armband that I wouldn't have to take it to a tailor to be altered and 2) waterproof enough that I could get caught in a South Florida thunderstorm and not worry about my ipod being ruined. The armband comes with two options: a wristband, and an extension for an armband. So I knew at worst case, I could wear the wrist band around my upper arm. But I actually needed to use the extension (on the tightest setting, so it has plenty of room for expansion for bigger users). The entire ipod is completely covered - there are two small holes underneath for the headphones and the hold switch) and also comes with a plastic cover for the click wheel and face. It fits extremely snug and has great responsiveness in the click wheel while in the case.
