Easy to put on and off. The clip holds the touch secure while running and working out but doesn't have a clamp of death that would prevent you from moving it along your waist band during a workout. Highly recommend this. Note that to get the appropriate type for the model you have. I have the 4th generation which is smaller than the previous generation. Don't make the mistake of getting the previous generation version of this case for your 4G touch.

I'd love to give this a good review but after two months ene of the little lock clips that hold the case on broke off. I noticed how flimsy it was when I bought it and knew it would eventually break off. After that the iPod is no longer securely held in and the product is essentially unusable. This is especially a problem if you frequently switch from the basic back plate to the sports clip.

I love this case/armband/stand. It was great value for the money and I would buy it again if I had to. The only problem I experienced was the case being so snug to the ipod (not exactly a bad thing) that it peeled the corner of the protective screen off my ipod and left bubbles near the edges. It's an easy fix though, I just trimmed the screen a bit to allow the shell to slide without toching the edges of the screen. worked like a charm. so if you buy a protective screen, trim it ever-so-slightly before applying it, then put on the case.
