unless you've been seriously pumping iron or wear really thick sweaters and keep you arm pointed skyward, this thing will fall off your arm.

This would be downright useable if they had just thought to make the surface that is against your arm a LITTLE tacky. Instead, it slips down your arm after about 20 strides (unless you have large biceps and can anchor it in there between your shoulder muscle and bicep).
This thing is junk.,

My I phone 4 will not fit in it with the edge protector on it.
It will not stay on your arm, the Velcro tab on the end of the strap is to small.
They should be ashamed that they sold this piece of junk.
