I had been looking for an effective way to protect my Zune for awhile before ordering this, and I have to say I'm highly satisfied with this solution. It probably won't stand up to a huge amount of abuse as the material just isn't heavy or rigid enough, but for regular pocket action it's doing quite well.

So, while the final fit is quite snug my Zune didn't exactly slip right in, as the corners of the main screen opening seemed like they could rip easily if the case were forced on. The material itself is quite smooth to the touch and has a pleasing texture when held in your palm, and there's just enough tackiness in the material to keep it from sliding around on my desk while I work the touch screen with one hand. It does pick up pocket lint somewhat, but it's easy enough to wipe off. In addition, all of the buttons work fine and none of the connector ports seem to be obstructed. It comes with a small plastic stand, a screen cleaning cloth, screen protector, and even a stiff little card to help apply the screen protector without air bubbles. The case itself fits the Zune HD perfectly, feels very comfortable to touch(very smooth) and retains the Zune's rounded back design. It takes a little more pressure to use the buttons, but it's barely noticeable, they are still fully functional. Even better the case is black, so if you're like me and felt like you had to settle for a 'Platinum' 32 GB ZuneHD, here is your answer. You really want a case and a screen protector for it anyways. $300 is too much to spend on anything just to scratch it all up.

This is the only case I have bought and tried for my Zune. There was no point trying any other when you hit the perfect one on your first shot.

Very well made case, snug fit on my 32GB HD. I didn't see it in the description, but this case actually includes a screen protector, cleaning cloth, and a little video stand so you can set the zune on your desk and watch videos.
