Just got the case, and one problem, at least from an aesthetic angle, is that it doesn't come in a box, it comes wrapped in plastic, like a Twinkie, with a single cardboard placard containing all the Incipio introduction and warranty information. Admittedly, it's not something that needs a technical manual to operate, but a little better presentation would have been appreciated. (But then again, maybe it's more eco-friendly....)

As for the case itself, it's a little lighter in color (as of right now) than in the picture, more like a rawhide pink than brown, but still very pretty. Speaking of pink, the inside of the case has pink thread in the stitching, as well as pink on the inside of the sleeve holding the Zune. Most of this will be covered up when the Zune is in. It's very soft to the touch, and feels good, though my naturally pessimistic self worries that it will start wrinkling sooner rather than later.

Bought this for an 80 GB Zune and when it's closed, it looks great! Unfortunately the fit isn't so good once it's opened - the Zune doesn't slide in all the way so there is a good 1/3 of an inch or so sticking out to the left past the brown border. Because it doesn't fit so well the plastic shield over the screen (that is built into this case) is also not very straight and creates noticeable distortion when looking at the screen.

Overall I think it's great for carrying around as you can access the charger and the headphone jack with the case completely closed (which uses a non magnetic button) so for listening to music it offers good protection, but I would definitely look elsewhere if you want to watch anything on it while using the case, at least for the 80 GB Zune.
