Summary: A great addition to a great product 2010-02-08
Comment: I bought this in anticipation of going on a campout with my daughter since I was not sure whether I'd be able to recharge my iPhone and it works like a charm. It yields another full day of battery for the phone and also serves to protect it. The rubberized surface is also easier to grip but as another reviewer pointed out it does make it more difficult to pull our of a pocket compared to a "naked" iPhone. Overall very pleased with the case and have had many positive comments from other iPhone users about the look and usefulness of this product.

Summary: It's the WORST 2009-12-24
Comment: I bought this item from the Apple store, it was dysfunctional. The fourth LED light never lights up, no matter how many days I charge it, it doesn't sync, it keeps vibrating my phone, I thought at some point it's going to ruin my phone. I told them about such problems, they didn't offer any help at all. Their customer service IS THE WORST!

Comment: I loved this case while it lasted. It did everything I could ask from it...mainly extending the use of my phone by a full day or more. HOWEVER, I've had it less than 9 months and it simply quit working. No longer holds a charge. I expected more from it than this.

Summary: Works as advertised....but with some downsides. 2009-10-17
Comment: I travel quite a bit and didn't always have time to recharge my iphone. This case will add a second day's worth of battery life to your phone...but with some downsides. The case interferes with the iphone's internal antenna so you're likelier to lose your cell phone signal in areas with a weak signal. The case also adds quite a bit of weight and bulk to the iphone. I don't recommend it if you like to keeping your phone in your pocket. If you insist on keeping the phone in your pocket, even with the case on, the case makes it very difficult to pull the phone out quickly to answer a phone call. I now only use the case once the battery on my iphone is completely discharged.
