Incase does such a fantastic job on protection for the iPhone. I've always used the original soft-touch finish Slider Case because of its clean design, amazing durability, and easy grip finish. The Pro removes the soft touch finish on the back of the case but the outer edge now has a thicker impact resistant material in a choice of several colors. The edge material also coveres the on/off swith on top and the volume buttons on the side with the same material but still gives full functionality with "mock" buttons molded into the material. It you are looking for a clean design thats easy to grip, performs and protects flawlessly, the Pro is one of your best options.

I have since switched to another case. But only b/c i needed a tougher one due to my toddler grabbing my phone. While i had this on my 4s it worked great and didnt add much to the bulkiness of the phone. It did do a small bounce on the carpet, and nothing was broken. Incase makes great products.

I loved my old InCase slider for my iPhone 3GS, so I decided to look for the same for my iPhone 4S. The standard slider case is great, and doesn't add much bulk, but also doesn't have a ton of protection if you drop the phone. The Pro Slider has slightly more bulk on the edges where it has some shock absorbing and slightly grippy material, but it is still a small case and it is very easy to take off quickly if you want the bare phone. Compared to other very expensive protective cases on the market and very cheap flimsy cases that do nothing but offer scratch protection, I think this is a good compromise. It has protected my phone in numerous drops already. The only reason I don't give it five stars is because it has a minor crack in a corner now. But it was from a fall and I would much rather the case crack than the phone!
