I love this case, the fit and quality is excellent! It's very snug, and yet it's still easy to install and remove even with the Bodyguardz skin I have on it. The black edges are coated with the soft touch coating, it makes it rather grippy, and they feel as if they'll last a long time. The back is easily scratched, just like the iPod, I ended up taking fine sandpaper and giving mine a matte finish, looks good actually.

Really great case. I just got my first ipod touch and had no clue what case to get. I tend to break my cell phones easily and I was scared to scratch my ipod or break the screen. My brother recommended this case. It is light and easy to use and it secures my ipod touch well.

I put this case on the day I got my iPod touch 4G in November. It is now June and the back of the iPod is scratch free BUT the back of the iPod is covered in ground in smudges that WILL NOT come off. The smudges are along the sides of the back and are very unsightly. Also, the case itself gets VERY scratched up and it looks as if your iPod is covered in scratches. Also, the rubber along the sides tears off after a while.
On the flipside, the case does provide good protection and I've dropped nearly every other day and its held up beautifully.
Overall, get a better case that won't damage your iPod in the process or break after a few months.
