Previously, my Zune was hidden in a flip-top leather case, which is a good case, but doesn't let me show-off my nice player. It was easy to put the Zune in the case, you just place it in the face and snap on the back. It also comes back apart easy, with the turn of a coin. In the few weeks that I've had the case, I haven't noticed any effects from wear-and-tear. I know it's not a long time yet, but I haven't noticed it getting scratched and I've been able to just wipe it off to get rid of smudges and fingerprints from handling.
