Griffin iClear Armband Case with Clip for iPod nano 5G (Black/Clear)

Comment: This product provides very good protection for you iPod Nano. The clear case fits perfectly and has a clip on the back so you can clip it on your waistband if you want to instead of using the armband. The armband is good quality and looks great too. I would recommend this highly for your iPod Nano 5G. Unfortunately my iPod died about within a month of getting this.

Comment: I only have one complaint about this product - the case does not allow me to use the standard Apple earbuds. The headphone jack cannot fit snugly as the case has a lip on the end that prevents the headphones from sitting flush. When I try to use them, the audio cuts in/out and the headphones frequently just fall out. Other headphones work fine (I have another pair from Sony and one from Skull Candy), but it's a pretty huge problem that this can't work with the standard headphones that come with an iPod.

Other than that, the case and armband work as advertised. I actually love the kickstand on the case, but it's just such a hassle that I can't use the standard headphones. Very disappointing.

Comment: I got this armband mainly for running with my iPod Nano. The armband is very lightweight and actually pretty comfortable; I hardly notice it's even there when I'm wearing it. It fits me pretty well too (I would say my arms are a little bigger than average).

One thing to note is that the actual iPod holder is a plastic clip that you clip on to the armband. The armband holds the iPod very well so there are no worries about the iPod falling off. The plastic clip is great because you can use it by itself and clip the iPod to your shorts/pants, backpack, or whatever else you want.

My only complaint is that the plastic holder for the iPod is too small on the edges. It is difficult to get the headphones to connect securely to the iPod through the tiny opening, although I have gotten it to work every time, it just takes a little more effort. Also, the hold button is a little hard to access, but that's no biggie.

Overall, the armband fits great and the iPod clip is very convenient for when I want to have my iPod and just clip it to my shorts. I would recommend it if you can live with the headphone inconvenience mentioned above.
