Griffin Centerstage Case for Zune 30 GB (Clear)

I was misled by the picture available on this product. but yes, this is also from griffin and kinda the same as the zune centerstage case you see in black, pink or white. the big difference is that (1) this case is much heavier, and (2) the back is covered with thick rubber, (3) the front cover is mirror tinted, which i think is only ideal for watching in the dark since it'll be quite challenging to watch in a well lit room.

this case makes the zune a lot thicker (almost an inch), bigger and like i said before, heavier. this may work for some cause it really helps you feel your zune is secured.

i noticed some scratches already on my screen cover which is really bad because of the tint so i really recommend a bag for this.

i gave this 2 stars since i still use it but only the back part of the case(for stand and protection) which can still hold my zune tight. i recommend that you buy the other colored centerstage instead of this tinted one.

The unit was really cool. The stand in back was fairly sturdy and the case was also well made and easy to open yet wasn't popping open like cheaper models I have had. Belkin makes a similar case out of leather that I prefer but this is a quick second for anyone that wants to use video and not have to hold the unit the entire time.

Amazon's shipping thought was to throw it in a bubble bag and send it out but the bag ripped and the unit got scratched inside the squeeze pack. They paid to ship it back and refunded me but it was a bummer to wait a week and get a broken item because of shipping.
