works well, tight fit on the IPOD Touch and can still manipulate the screen if needed. I don't get the other reviews that knock this for having a difficult time using the touch screen while excercising....it's called a playlist, if you've got that much time between workouts to play with the screen you're probably not excercising. this works great

I love this armband. My itouch fits perfectly inside. It's quite snug, but I appreciate that my itouch is safe. It also has an earphone hole so you can plug in w/out having to put it in upside down in some weird fashion. It also has the outlet hole so I can plug in to the laptop to charge before heading to the gym. It's sweat proof, but I'm a tiny girl and don't sweat that much. I don't recommend this armband for guys (or girls) with big ole arms. However, it fits perfectly on my average size one.
All in all, I love this and would highly recommend it!

I bought this specifically for jogging w/ my iPod Touch 4th Gen. It lasted, literally, two weeks. The clear screen began coming apart from the black pouch after using it a handful of times (for short runs - less than 1 hr). I also don't like the fact that you have to take your iPod out of it's everyday case (if you have one) in order for it to fit in the armband. It snags the screen protector every time. Plus, the opening where you insert the iPod stretches out easily, and I'm not sure how much longer it would securly hold the iPod in place. I will say that the few times that everything held together, it did give a nice, secure fit to the iPod, and the armband was comfortable. But, definitely not worth it's weight in pennys if it only lasts a week or two :(.
