I have the same armband for my iPod nano (smaller of course) and I love it, so when I bought my Zune, it was a no brainer to get the same armband for my Zune.

It is great for running and working out in the gym. You can control the Zune easily through the plastic, which is a plus over other arm bands. The silver trim you see around the plastic is actually a reflective strip so it gives you another easily seen item on you while running at night.

You do not even have to take the Zune out of the arm band to add/delete music, because there is a slit in the bottom so you can hook your USB cable directly to the Zune.

Couldn't find one for the Zune 120 Gb after I lost my other armband. Desperately wanted for running and working out. Doesn't seem designed for the zune to well especially for the 120gb. It works though. It is a little tough to get the 120gb in and out of the case but it is capable. Like I said it works for the zune the completely plastic front cover makes it a bit difficult for changing the songs but I suppose it helps to protect it. I imagine it fits better for the 80gb. I know I am a bit negitive on the review but just pointing out the negitives for anyone looking to buy for the 120gb.
