I'd first like to mention how EASY this particular material is to apply. It's not like any of the iPhone or iPod coverings I'd previously purchased. I purchased a cover for my Kindle from this company, Gelaskins, and I instantly fell in love. I now own coverings for my Kindle, iPod, and Macbook Pro. It's very thick - feels like vinyl, of course. When you are applying, you can always lift it up and stick it again. It leaves no residue behind. It's strong enough to provide protection & thick enough to remove when you get tired of the particular piece of "art" you're showcasing. Very easy to buy a new one and reapply! Unfortunately, I recently sold my iPod to purchase the new iPod Nano with video. My only concern? I was so sad to sell my previous iPod because I loved the art I was showcasing. Now I can't wait for Gelaskins to come out with protection for the 5th gen. iPod. I will continue purchasing Gelaskins coverings for ALL my electronics.

I feel that the product was too expensive for only being a sticker. Maybe I was not paying attention when I bought it, but I was not expecting it to be so... Cheap looking. I prefer cases/skins that are more protective.
