This works because you can still use it with other bulkier cases if you need protection from dropping your ipod (this skin is NOT going to protect your ipod from anything except for scratches if you drop it.) My ipod looks so nice in this skin, I don't have to worry about it getting fingerprints or smudges on it. It's much prettier than just the plain black. Very easy to apply. Other cover designs are available. If you tend to be clumsy, still get this and place the entire thing inside a case or another cover for when its in your purse or backpack. The gelskin protects it from scratches, the case will protect it from impacts. If you decide to remove the skins later, it doesn't leave a residue. I took the cover off after a year to see if would stick again and it did fine. Price is great also at 14.99. |
