EVO4 Duo for Ipod Classic 120/80GB Crimson / Red

I've owned 5 Ipods and this is my third ISkin case. I'm a big fan of this brand and usually find that they do an excellent job protecting my Ipod. The belt clip function is also a neccessity for me since I wear my Ipod to the gym.

This particular case has a few flaws that I never experienced with other ISkin cases. Primarily, the new 80 GB Ipod classic does not have a very sensitive trackwheel, so the rubber covering it is a big pain. This makes the trackwheel pretty unreliable... Sometimes it will work with it on, sometimes not. Since it's a rubber case, I just cut this part of the case off. If you're not willing to do that, then be forewarned you may have some trackwheel issues.

Secondly, the plastic snap cover does not fit well over the rubber sleeve. Once it's on, it's quite snug, but getting it on is a process. The fact that it's so difficult to get the plastic snap cover on is a problem if you need to frequently take your Ipod out of the...Read more

I was looking for a solid IPod case for my 120G IPod. I recently dropped another IPod, and cracked the screen, so a well-built case was essential when I recently purchased my new IPod. I initially tried a plastic "hard shell" case - and shortly thereafter proceeded to drop it on asphalt - the IPod case cracked and broke, although the IPod was undamaged. I decided to opt for a soft silicone case. This ISkin case is tight-fitting, but easy to get on the IPod. I love the bright red metal cover that provides additional protection to the front of the IPod. So far, no mishaps, and I feel my IPod is well-protected.

Finally a ipod cover that fits great and looks nice. Great job in keepig dirt/dust out!
