I am currently on my second unit and ready to send it back as well. Ordered one of these for my 2nd gen iTouch, and the version for my wife's 1st gen iTouch. The 1st gen version is really nice, I give it 5 out of 5 stars. The 2nd gen versions that have arrived here are 1st gen versions with a sticker covering the UPC on the package. There is no volume button access hole, the top button hole does not line up properly, and the perimeter does not fit tight like it does with the 1st gen version. In short, the silicone sure looks 100% exactly like the 1st gen version. I need something that fits my 2nd gen iTouch properly. At this time, this would not appear to be what is in stock at Amazon. Will need to look around in town to find out if DLO makes a proper fitting 2nd gen version.

It is a great case, and you'll never have to untangle your cords again. Plus it protects like it should i drop it all the time and it works. But because the way the buttons are shown I'm only giving it 4 stars. Instead of indenting it they just cut it out and makes it hard to use the volume control.
