The armband fits my arm quite nicely - I have normal arms, not too thin or big. The iPhone is a little snug which is probably a good thing since you dont want it popping out while running but it does take some effort to pull it out after a run. At the same time, although this case has a plastic face, it is not waterproof and some water will get on your phone if you run in the rain. It could have been better if the plastic cover enveloped the iphone.

I have tried it when running, and the problem is that it keeps falling off. My bicep isn't too big to get the thing to hold it in place without cutting circulation. It fits in my opinion, but it is more for larger male arms. It works, just you have to have some muscle for the band to actually stick to your arm.

I use this when Im mowing the lawn or riding my bike. It keeps the sweat off of ipod & stays in place on my arm. Im really glad that I purchased it.
