Clear Ultra Thin 1MM Light Air Case for Apple AT&T and Verizon iPhone 4 4G

I just ordered a number of different cases for my iPhone 4. I figured since they were all inexpensive ($2.50 to $10) I might was well just get something that reduces the "Grip of Death" problem until my officially sanctioned case arrives from Apple sometime two or three months from now.

This was the first case to arrive and now I regret ordering the others because this does the job perfectly! It's well shaped to fit the case; no slop or rattling around inside this semi-rigid case. The cutouts offer good access to all the buttons, switches and plugs. Even though when I first handled the case the edges of the cutouts seemed a bit sharp, in use I the case doesn't catch on my pocket and the edges don't catch on my fingers. The plastic is somewhat hard and very smooth so it doesn't catch on fabric or attract dirt like a rubberized or siliconized bumper. It's also so thin that you're really not aware it's on the phone. Review is for the case only; no screen protector was included, but for the price it didn't matter since I already have face covers. As the title says, the case fits a Verizon iPhone 4 perfectly and does what it is supposed to do. It does not wrap around the face (front glass) of the phone so it will not interfere with any screen protector, but of course it also doesn't protect the surface if you lay the phone flat on its face. That's what the screen protector is for, so the case works fine for me. Both the official Apple charge cord and a bulkier 3rd-party cord fit fine with the case in place. The phone also docks in my Altec Lansing speaker dock without trouble. For a simple clear plastic case, you can't go wrong with this product.

The case was exactly what I thought it would be. It is thin and sleek. It feels natural when I am holding the phone. It is not bulky like other cases. I got the case because I will eventually get the iPhone 4s in white. Right now I have it on my black one and it look elegant, so I know on the white phone it will look even better. If you are looking for a sleek case that's not bulky and feels natural when holding the phone and is cheap, then buy this protector. I do not know how durable it is seeing as how I have not dropped the phone yet, but if you think you are accident prone, it may be best to purchase an Otterbox or something more durable.
