Doesn't hold my ipod in well anymore. Hit cement after 3 months because it fell out of the case. I've stopped using the case since.

Have had this case for about 10 months and it does a very good job of protecting IPod. All the holes line up perfectly. I like the look of blue stitching on the black [not leather] simulated leather. IPod fits snugly in the case so it has no chance of falling out with the front cover open. The inside lining is blue and the material is a thick densely woven cloth. Very pleasing. There is a pouch you could put a credit card in [it would be a snug fit]. The Velcro closure works as it should. Sure, you have to open the case to attach the charger, but that doesn't present a problem for me. I paid more than the current price and felt it was worth the higher price. It is certainly worth the current price.

I bought a leather case in order to more securely encase my beloved iPod touch. "Leather" or whatever material this is, because it's definitely not real leather, has proven to be the most shock-absorbent besides thick silicon (which I find rather unattractive). Although this case is great protection wise, it is carelessly designed both aesthetically and functionally. The dock is covered by the leather strap that closes the device, so when I want to charge my iPod, I always have to unlatch the velcro. Quite a hassle. Also, this black color is extremely unflattering. That is why I've drawn on mine with glittery pens.
