I needed a white iPod case to go with my spring/summer clothes, and this is one of about 3 choices in the less than $50 range right now. My fall/winter case is the Chums Video iFrame, which has been pretty good. So far, I prefer a frame-style case to a flip-style for a video iPod. I find myself having to unclip it, open it, and adjust the volume or watch a video clip way too often. With the frame-style, I could just lift it up to an angle where I could see it, and I could adjust the volume without moving it at all.

The fit and finish of the Belkin is a little better than the Chums. The dock connector lines up perfectly, and there is no raw edge around the hole. It has a sporty rubbery trim around the areas that get the most abuse.

Things I like: the belt clip is thinner and doesn't interfere with the clamps on my car FM transmitter as much as the Chums does. There is some type of cord management on the back, but I haven't figured it out yet, LOL...Read more

I bought two and both view screens (flexible cheap plastic) were scratched.

The cover simply hangs open and will not close.

The belt attachment requires the male component to be adhered to the belt.

Worthless...thrown in the trash

Build quality and quality of materials is superb for the price point. Extra features like screen cover, belt clip/wire wrapper, indent so headphones can be used when device is closed, openings for clickwheel and dock are implemented well. I have no complaints except that it is a little bulky, but that's due to the clip/wire wrapper. Excellent product!
