I bought this to use while running (duh!). I was really happy to see that it had a special extension in the fabric to accept my Nike+ receiver that attaches to my iPod. The controls are easy enought to use through the fabric. I prefer to wear it with the screen facing down, its easier to operate and view (for me).
Good case for the price.,

I bought this case to fit my ipod nano with the Nike+ attachment. The ipod fits well and the case is secure. The only downside I saw was if I have the case too loose, it drops to my elbow, but if I tighten it a little bit more, it cuts off circulation in my arm. I can't say for sure that's a design flaw, but maybe it is. Hence the 4 stars. Other than that, great arm band.

The case works great! It stays in place during the entire workout, doesn't sweat your arm. My only complaint was the fabric does interfere with the sensitivity of the roll pad, it's not as responsive but not to the point where it's aggravating. So keep this in mind, but otherwise this product does just what it's supposed to.
