I love this case - for a long time I've been looking for a case with a belt clip, but couldn't find one that didn't interfere with the use of the iPod - every single one I tried covered the front of the iPod far too much, so if I wanted to play games, text or do anything except listen to music, the case interfered. I really wanted one with a belt clip, but ended up using one without it because I use my iPod for a lot more than listening to music.

This case solved that - the part that covers the glass doesn't interfere at all with using the iPod for my apps. I no longer have to keep my iPod in my pocket if I want to listen to music, and the belt clip is sturdy - it's also easy to remove and put back on.

It is a very attractive case as well. My iPod is now far better protected than it was before, and I like that too.

Not too long ago, I got the AmazonBasics silicon protective case for the iPod Touch, and it was a great product. It fit my iPod perfectly, it was sturdy and offered good protection, and the volume and sleep buttons were easily accessible. Sadly, a small tear in the bottom of it caused me to retire the poor thing, but by some stroke of luck, this leather case was offered by the Vine program just a few days later. I've only been using it for the last three days, but I strongly recommend this for people who want to keep their iPod on them but don't want to risk breaking it by keeping it in their back pocket, but for those looking for a case to have on their iPod at all times, I recommend the silicon one instead.

The AmazonBasics Leather Case for the Apple iPod touch 4th Gen is a pretty good case for the price. There are two pieces to this, the case and a detachable belt clip. The belt clip is spring loaded for positive hold and has a release button for quick detachment of the iPod unit. It also can be rotated through 360 degrees on the attaching stud. The clip appears to be able to work on belts up to 1.25 inches in width. The leather case features a full length cover for the iPod unit and has a magnetic clasp. I found the leather to be smooth and without blemish with only an "AmazonBasics" metal badge on the front. The inside of the case is soft and but it adds a little grip so your iPod unit does not slide out. It is form fitting to the iPod 4 and not compatible with other iPod cases you may use.
