Seems to be well made. offers enough protection for what I needed. allows access to connectors. has a "kickstand" that works fine, wish it rotated to also allow use in landscape mode.

Not sure if it's due to the magnets embedded in the case, but my ipod crashes every time I put it inside the case. It's worthless to me now.
