Unlike the rest of the people, this fits my Ipod touch 3g 32gb PERFECTLY. Whatever they were doing wrong, i wasn't and it's not that hard to figure out. The color turns with lighting, so a yellowish color lamp will turn it purple. It's as dark as the picture in white light however. It's protective, hard.. what else is there to say other then GO BUY IT!

Straight out of the box this would not fit on my iPod touch 3rd gen 64 gig. I bought a paperweight that I can't use.
